What data and why

Account: login, name, e-mail, role, language, password hash: sign-in and password reset.
Profitability audits: data on SZP PLAST products, customers (companies), prices and costs, and report files. This is company data, not personal data; names appear only as authors of notes and events.
Change history: who uploaded an audit, added or closed an event, changed a note, and when.
Sign-in log (IP address, browser): account security.

Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

What not to enter

Do not enter data of private persons or health data in notes and events. The customer (company) name and a description are enough.

Retention, rights, cookies

Audits and files: until deleted by the application administrator; sign-in log: 12 months. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction, objection and a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Only strictly necessary cookies (session, language); no analytics, so no consent banner.
